<![CDATA[The development of the coffee shop business in Manokwari Regency can be seen from the growing number of coffee shops, it is important to examine the level of profit of the coffee shop business on a business scale, and the efficiency of the coffee shop business. The research method used is descriptive on 3 coffee shop business scales, namely large, medium, and small scale. The results showed that the profit level of large scale businesses was greater than that of medium and small scale. Meanwhile, business efficiency is relatively the same between business scales. Perkembangan usaha kedai kopi di Kabupaten Manokwari dapat dilihat dari berkembangnya jumlah kedai kopi, hal ini penting diteliti tingkat keuntungan usaha kedai kopi pada skala usaha , dan efisiensi usaha kedai kopi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif pada 3 skala usaha kedai kopi yaotu skala Besar, sedang, dan kecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keuntungan skala usaha besar lebih besar dibandingkan dengan skala sedang dan kecil. Sementara itu efisiensi usaha relatif sama antara skala usaha.]]>
