PENGOBATAN TRADISIONAL "TASAPO" DI NAGARI PAUH KAMBAR NAN SABARIS

Ancient people or our ancestors have created various kinds of medicines or medicinal ingredients derived from plants to treat health ailments and to prevent disease. The purpose of the study on tasapo in the Pauh Kambar area, Nan Sabaris District, Padang Pariaman Regency is to see how the treatment process is as well as the level of knowledge the community has. This research was conducted using descriptive methods with interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the research, it was found that, the community is said to experience tasapo, the criteria for prohibiting taboos that are not dependent, one of which is not being visited by a river at the end of the evening.
