Abstract: The background of this research is that many PJOK teachers teach more conventionally, so it is necessary to update their learning model. This study uses the Classroom Action Research method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai. Based on an analysis of the results of this class Action Research data, it can be concluded that the application of the Team Games Tournament learning model can improve PJOK learning outcomes for students of Tanjungbalai 4 Middle School. In the first cycle the students' classical learning completeness only reached 64.3%, but after reflection on the learning there was an increase in the second cycle. In cycle II, students' classical learning completeness became 85.3%.Keywords: Team Games Tournament, experiment, teamwork Abstrak: Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyak guru PJOK yang mengajar lebih konvensional, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaharuan dalam model pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap data hasil Penelitian Tindakan kelas ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK bagi siswa SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai. Pada siklus I ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa hanya mencapai 64,3%, namun setelah dilakukan refleksi pembe-lajaran terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II. Pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa menjadi 85,3%.Kata kunci: Team Games Tournament, eksperimen, kerjasama tim
