<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low effectiveness of teachers' work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of climate on the effectiveness of the work and discipline of work on the certification of teachers of SMPN 01 Bandar Lampung Sub Rayon Academic Year 2014/2015. The method used in this research was descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach. The population in this research were 144 teachers and sample in this research were 106 teachers. The sampling technique in this study with Probability Sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling using the formula slovin. Based on the analysis of data obtained as follows: (1) There is a work climate influence on the effectiveness of work on the certification of teacher. (2) There is a disciplinary effect on the effectiveness of work on the certification of teachers. (3) There is an effect of climate on the effectiveness of the work and discipline of work on the certification of teachers.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh efektivitas kerja guru yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kerja dan disiplin terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 guru dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi. (2) Ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi.
