<![CDATA[Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Snowball Trowing di kelas V SD Negeri 52 Parupuk Tabing. Subjek penelitian adalah guru (praktisi) dan siswa kelas V. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata dan persentase dari siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penilaian RPP siklus I 71,5 % meningkat menjadi 93%. Hasil pengamatan guru siklus I 72% meningkat menjadi 94%. Hasil pengamatan siswa siklus I 72% menjadi 94% dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa siklus I 71,37 meningkat menjadi 82. Artinya model Snowball Trowing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : hasil belajar IPS, model Snowball Trowing general purpose of the research is to study the results of improvement to describe students in learning model IPS Snowball Trowing in class V SDN52 Parupuk Tabing.
