Abstract

The reading capability for the beginners students is still low. The problem is the students can not read well. The object research is to describe how to improve the students reading by cards for the first student at SD Fransiskus Bukittinggi. This research is using classroom research using  qualitatif and quantitatif method. In evaluation prosess the result of 26 students is 86 and after the prosess the result is 88.   Kata kunci : membaca; membaca permulaan; permainan kartu
