In Researched use problem based learning strategy. To purpose to describe performance planning in improve to produce learning in civics (PKn) Garde four in Elementary School at 14 Banda Gadang. Product resaerch in the value of this research from siclus to see than evaluation.  Using  problem based learning stratetgy can improved value learning study It can see that meeting learning proces 30 %,meeting II 67 %, of siclus II to more than 100 %
