Abstrak: Program pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kreativitas anak usia paud yang dapat meningkatkan motorik anak salah satunya melalui menganyam. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan keterampilan menganyam pada guru PAUD di kecamatan Geger. Pentingnya pelatihan anyaman bagi guru dapat digunakan untuk melatih keterampilan motorik siswa salah satunya dengan membuat berbagai anyaman dari berbagai bahan, sehingga keterampilan menganyam guru meningkat. Anyaman disediakan seperti kertas dan pita oleh kelompok HIMPAUDI. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan. Pelatihan ini penting bagi guru paud untuk mengajarkan matorik kasar anak paud. Tahap sosialisasi dilakukan dengan memberikan materi berupa pentinnya peningkatan motorik siswa dan materi anyaman. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan praktik menganyam. Pengabdian diikuti oleh sejumlah kelompok HIMPAUDI di kecamatan Geger Madiun. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian pada guru-guru HIMPAUDI terdapat peningkatan kreativitas menganyam secara tradisional dengan 2 sumbu pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua menganyam berbagai benda pada pertemuan ketiga. Guru-guru pada kelompok HIMPAUDI sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan menganyam. Hasil menganyam dapat ditunjukkan oleh guru berupa produk anyaman dan tingkat ketercapaian dalam pelatihan mencapai 98%. Abstract: Learning programs that are in accordance with the creativity of early childhood children which can improve children's motor skills, one of which is through weaving. This service aims to provide socialization and training in weaving skills to PAUD teachers in the Geger sub-district. The importance of webbing training for teachers can be used to train students' motor skills, one of which is by making various webbing from various materials, so that the teacher's weaving skills increase. Matting is provided such as paper and ribbon by the HIMPAUDI group. The service method is carried out by socialization and followed by training. This training is important for early childhood teachers to teach early childhood gross math. The socialization stage was carried out by providing material in the form of the importance of improving students' motor skills and woven material. The implementation stage is carried out by weaving practices. The service was attended by a number of HIMPAUDI groups in the Geger Madiun sub-district. The results of the implementation of community service for HIMPAUDI teachers showed an increase in creativity in traditional weaving with 2 axes at the first meeting and in the second meeting, weaving various objects at the third meeting. The teachers in the HIMPAUDI group were very enthusiastic about participating in the weaving activity. The results of weaving can be shown by the teacher in the form of woven products and the level of achievement in training reaches 98%.
