Metode Bervariasi Oleh Guru PAK Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa

Abstract

Abstract: Students in class often lack motivation to study Christian religious education, it can also be due to boring learning methods. This is indicated by students not paying serious attention, not being diligent in doing assignments, being lazy, noisy during the teaching and learning process, and even not wanting to ask the teacher for material they have not understood. The lack of student learning motivation is influenced by several factors that influence student learning motivation, namely: student goals and aspirations, student abilities, student environmental conditions, dynamic elements in learning and learning, teacher efforts in teaching students ". One of the elements that influence learning motivation is the teacher's efforts in teaching students. This is a challenge for teachers to strive so that students have the motivation to take PAK lessons. Teachers must use various ways to generate student motivation to learn through the application of various methods, because PAK lessons are needed to create human beings who believe and are devoted to God Almighty and have noble character.  Keywords: learning, method, varied Abstrak: Siswa di kelas sering kali kurang motivasi untuk belajar pendidikan agama Kristen dapat juga dikarenakan metode belajar yang membosankan. Hal ini ditandai dengan siswa tidak memberikan perhatian yang serius, kurang tekun mengerjakan tugas, malas, ribut pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, dan bahkan tidak mau bertanya kepada guru materi yang belum dimengertinya. Kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa yaitu: cita-cita dan aspirasi siswa, kemampuan siswa, kondisi lingkungan siswa, unsur-unsur dinamis dalam belajar dan pembelajaran, upaya guru dalam membelajarkan siswa”. Salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar adalah upaya guru dalam membelajarkan siswa. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi guru untuk mengupayakan agar siswa-siswi mempunyai motivasi mengikuti pelajaran PAK. Guru harus menggunakan berbagai cara dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswanya melalui penerapan metode secara bervariasi, karena pelajaran PAK sangat dibutuhkan untuk mewujudkan manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa serta berahlak mulia.
