<![CDATA[Land is a gift from God Almighty to mankind on earth which is a basic need from birth to death, which cosmologically can be explained, land is where humans live, where they work and live, where they come from and where they are going. or in short land is also referred to as the economic, social, cultural, political and ecological dimension. The formulation regarding land and natural resources briefly and philosophically is contained in Article 33 Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution which reads: Earth and water and the natural resources contained therein are controlled by the State and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. . At a practical level, the notion of "controlled by the state" has in fact been interpreted differently from time to time. Land conflict is a chronic and classic problem and takes place over a period of years or even decades and is always present everywhere. Land disputes and conflicts are forms of problems that are complex and multi-dimensional in nature. Therefore, efforts to prevent, handle and resolve it must take into account various aspects, both legal and non-legal. In this study, the type of research used is library research. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation method. the decision of the Batulicin District Court has concrete, individual and final legal force which creates legal consequences for individuals and civil legal entities where the legal consequences in this case give rise to rights and obligations to the individual or civil legal entity affected by the determination.]]>
