<![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to examine The Political Configuration Of Law Number 11 Of 2020 Concerning Employment Creation, which is expected to be a small part of efforts to recover the national economy, specifically in urging economic transformation so that it can generate jobs. The question is whether this intention is in line with or in accordance with the legal system in Indonesia in making laws and regulations. The method used is literature study or literature study, which contains theories relevant to the research problem. The Omnibus Law is a procedure for making statutory regulations and when viewed from the point of view of the legal system in Indonesia, the role of the Law as a result of the Omnibus Law procedure in the hierarchy of statutory regulations is the same as the Law. In terms of the form of government, in the view of the Omnibus Law, it can be said that democracy is the result of a merger between Polybius and Plato because the ultimate goal is the peace of the citizens. This merger means that democracy in Indonesia has meaning as a form of government in hindering state power.]]>
