Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (i) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari variabel kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada bisnis jasa transportasi Grab di Mamuju (ii) variabel manakah yang lebih dominan 12 pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada bisnis jasa transportasi Grab di Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Analisis data berupa uji deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (i) Variabel Kehandalan (X1), Daya Tanggap (X2), Jaminan (X3), Empati (X4) dan Bukti Fisik (X5) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada bisnis jasa transportasi Grab di Kabupaten Mamuju. (ii) Variabel jaminan adalah variabel yang palling dominan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada bisnis jasa transportasi online Grab di Kabupaten Mamuju. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen, Bisnis Jasa Transportasi. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine (i) the effect of service quality which consists of variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence on consumer satisfaction in the Grab transportation service business in Mamuju (ii) which variable has a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction. consumers in the Grab transportation service business in Mamuju. This research uses qualitative research by using data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. Data analysis in the form of descriptive test, data quality test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate (i) Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the Grab transportation service business in Mamuju Regency. (ii) The guarantee variable is the most dominant variable that partially influences consumer satisfaction in the online transportation service business Grab in Mamuju Regency.
