<![CDATA[In the education profession in both private and state educational institutions, there is a code of ethics to uphold the dignity of the profession, to protect and preserve the well-being of its members, to increase the dedication of the members of the profession, to improve the quality of the profession and to improve the quality of the professional organization. With the code of ethics, educational staff, especially TU schools, are expected to be able to function optimally and professionally, especially in managing school administration in an orderly manner. This research aims to decipher the application of the code of ethics of the school's educational staff at SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah. In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive research approach and type, with data sources from the headmaster of SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah, administrative staff and relevant secondary sources. The result of this research is that the result of the application of the code of ethics of the Educational Personnel is very influential on the performance of the educational personnel in order to obey the regulations that have been set and agreed upon by the principal and all school stakeholders.]]>
