<![CDATA[This research has the purpose to find out the regulation of shopeepay later based on positive law in Indonesia, and the company's legal responsibility against private data information debtors in the shopeepay later agreement. This research has applied the normative legal research method and the empirical legal research method, which uses books, articles, papers, and facts about human behavior from their social interaction. The result of this study in the researcher analysis, concerning private data security in the transaction, the Shopee has been cooperated with trusted bank partners, the transactions process is standardized by Bank Indonesia to guarantee the security of Shopee applications. Because Shopee Pay is still in the same Universe so the private data security will be saved.]]>
