Pedagogic and professional competence is the teacher's ability to manage learning. However, teachers in implementing integrated thematic learning still experience difficulties in linking learning themes. The problem studied in this study is first how the teacher's pedagogic competence in integrated thematic learning of class III students. Second, how is the teacher's professional competence in integrated thematic learning of class III students. Third, how are the learning outcomes of students in the attitude aspect of the integrated thematic learning of class III students. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The source of the research data is the third grade teacher. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. While testing the validity of the data using triangulation and data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of the study show that, first, the pedagogic and professional competencies of class III teachers in integrated thematic learning include modeling, habituation programs, briefings and religious activities. Through integrated thematic learning the class teacher develops spiritual and social attitudes, such as: polite, honest, confident, careful and thorough, responsible by motivating students, gifts and so on. Second, the professional competence of grade III teachers in integrated thematic learning is shown through reflective action, and mastering material that supports the subject matter. However, teachers are able to carry out assessments and evaluate integrated thematic learning. Third, the learning outcomes of class III students in aspects of spiritual and social attitudes from integrated thematic learning shown in polite, honest, confident, careful and thorough students have begun to be seen.
