It is hoped that there will be a solution related to the calculation of load and customer data (PERBAN) so that the results obtained are faster and more accurate. By making direct observations or observations, actively communicating with related fields through the interview process, and looking for supporting research materials to make an application as a solution to the problems at hand. Bandage application is an application that can perform load and customer data calculations and can store data as a form of company archives. Using the waterfall method with stages or processes that are carried out sequentially from the system. The software used to create load and customer calculation applications are NetBeans 8.2, Java Development Kit 1.8, and XAMPP. Users can perform load calculation data processing and customer calculation data processing. And users can print reports from data that has been entered into the system database. With this application, it proves that the Bandage application can be used as a more effective way of processing data compared to using the manual method]]>
