<![CDATA[Abstract: Supporting Factors of Student Learning Achievement (Study of Students who occupy a boarding house on the campus of the Yogyakarta Technological University). The purpose of this study was to determine the supporting factors for student achievement of the residents of boarding houses in the Yogyakarta Technological University campus. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The use of this method is based on the reason that the focus in this study is the supporting factors of student learning achievement of boarding house residents, life experiences experienced by several individuals, about certain concepts or phenomena, by exploring the structure of human consciousness. The results showed that the supporting factors for student achievement of residents of boarding houses on the campus of the Yogyakarta Technological University were price, facilities and interests.Keywords: Learning Achievement, Supporting Factors.Abstrak: Faktor-Faktor Pendukung Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Penghuni Rumah Kost Di Lingkungan Kampus Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung prestasi belajar mahasiswa penghuni rumah kost di lingkungan kampus universitas teknologi yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penggunaan metode ini dengan alasan bahwa fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor pendukung prestasi belajar mahasiswa penghuni rumah kost, pengalaman hidup yang dialami oleh beberapa individu, tentang konsep atau fenomena tertentu, dengan mengeksplorasi struktur kesadaran manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor pendukung prestasi belajar mahasiswa penghuni rumah kost di lingkungan kampus Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta adalah harga, fasilitas dan minat.
