Analisis Usability Engineering Pada Aplikasi CBT Program Studi Akuntansi SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Jakarta

Abstract:  The computer-based exam application is a test implementation system that is carried out using computer media. The computerized exam system has several supporting aspects that can facilitate teachers and students in the access process. As in the Muhammadiyah 10 SMK accounting study program which has used CBT in implementing PTS (Penilaian Tengah Semester) and PAS (Penilaian Akhir Semester) since the 2019-2020 school year, coinciding with the Covid -19 pandemic where the government required the implementation of remote teaching and learning activities to reduce the spread of the virus in the school environment. Usability analysis needs to be done with the aim of improving the quality of the system used. The usability engineering method used is a method adopted from the usability engineering lifecycle which consists of platform constraints, general design principles, conceptual models, and screen design stages. The results of this study are in the form of information on the feasibility of the CBT application so that this computer-based exam system can still be used at SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Jakarta.Abstrak: Aplikasi ujian berbasis komputer merupakan sistem pelaksanaan ujian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media komputer. Sistem ujian yang terkomputerisasi memiliki beberapa aspek pendukung yang dapat memudahkan guru maupun siswa dalam proses aksesnya. Seperti pada program studi akuntansi SMK Muhammadiyah 10 yang telah menggunakan CBT dalam pelaksanaan PTS (Penilaian Tengah Semester) maupun PAS (Penilaian Akhir Semester) sejak tahun ajaran 2019-2020, bertepatan dengan pandemi covid -19 dimana pemerintah mewajibkan pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar jarak jauh untuk mengurangi sebaran virus dilingkungan sekolah. Analisis usability perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas sistem yang digunakan. Metode usability engineering yang digunakan merupakan metode yang diadopsi dari usability engineering lifecycle yang terdiri dari tahapan platform constraints, general design principles, conseptual model, dan screen design. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa informasi kelayakan aplikasi CBT sehingga sistem ujian berbasis komputer ini masih dapat digunakan pada SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Jakarta.
