<![CDATA[Abstract. Increasing the profitability of a company is achieved by implementing and creating good governance within the company. Management of the company in an effort to achieve profits and continuity in a balanced manner, can be achieved through the Good mechanism corporate Governance . This study aims to determine whether the mechanism of Good corporate Governance affects the level of profitability . In this study the authors used a verification method with a quantitative approach and analyzed using simple linear regression. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the calculation of the mechanism variable Good corporate Governance states that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means mechanism Good Corporate Governance influential significant and positive to level profitability (ROE). Abstrak. Peningkatan profitabilitas suatu perusahaan salah satunya dicapai dengan diterapkan dan terciptanya tata kelola yang baik di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Pengelolaan perusahaan dalam upaya pencapaian keuntungan dan kelangsungan secara seimbang, dapat dicapai melalui mekanisme Good Corporate Governance. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah mekanisme Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil perhitungan variabel mekanisme Good Corporate Governance menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya mekanisme Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap tingkat profitabilitas (ROE).]]>
