This study aims to see and analyze the increase in Student Activity and Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Learning Fraction Multiplication Subjects in Class V SDN 07 Sarilamak. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consists of two cycles, where each cycle consists of; planning, action, observation and reflection. It was conducted from August to October 2020. The data was processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are that using a scientific approach problem-based learning model can improve student learning activities and results. This is evident from the increase in learning activities of pre-cycle students is 49, cycle I student learning activity = 57%, and cycle II = 85%. For knowledge learning completeness increased from pre-cycle 67.07 = 42%, cycle I 73.19 = 58%, and cycle II 85.80 = 92%. For skill learning completeness, the pre-class 66.80 = 46%, cycle I 73.84 = 62%, and cycle II 83.30 = 88%. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the use of a scientific approach problem-based learning model can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students.
