<![CDATA[Cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Bandung City occupy the second position, which is suspected to have the highest degree of severity with the factors of duration of fever, platelet count, and hematocrit value. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the degree of dengue fever in children with fever duration, platelet count, and hematocrit value. This study applied a cross-sectional design, involving 69 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collected from medical records. The results of the research were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results showed that 60 (87.0%) respondents had fever for less than 4 days, 52 (75.4%) respondents had platelet values in the mild category, and 38 (55.1%) respondents had hematocrit values in the high category (>38%), and 54 (78.3%) respondents were at the severity level in degree I. Meanwhile, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results showed p-value = 0.000, for the analysis of the relationship between fever duration and severity, p value = 0.001 for the analysis relationship between platelet count and severity, and p = 0.042 for analysis of the relationship between hematocrit levels and severity. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that duration of fever, platelets and hematocrit were related to the degree of dengue hemorrhagic fever.Keywords: dengue hemorrhagic fever; long fever; platelets; hematocrit ABSTRAK Stress kerja bisa terjadi karena tekanan serta besarnya peran dan tanggung jawab petugas kesehatan, sehingga ini merupakan salah satu risiko dalam bekerja. Maka diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja pada petugas kesehatan. Rancangan penelitian observasional ini adalah cross-sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 42 petugas kesehatan yang bekerja di Puskesmas Tanjung Kasuari, Kota Sorong sebagai sampel penelitian, yang ditentukan dengan teknik total population sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner, dan setelah data terkumpul secara lengkap, dilakukan analisis korelasi menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja terbanyak adalah pada level ringan (52,4%), sedangkan proporsi stress kerja terbanyak adalah pada level sering (54,8%). Nilai p dari hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah 0,000, sehingga diinterpretasikan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja petugas kesehatan. Dengan demikian bisa disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan beban kerja dapat memperberat stress kerja petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Tanjung Kasuari Kota Sorong.Kata kunci: petugas kesehatan; beban kerja; stress kerja, pusat kesehatan masyarakat]]>
