<![CDATA[Educators are an entity that is quite important for the success of the learning system organized by educational institutions. Ethics and professionalism in carrying out mandated tasks are the main things for sustainability in the success of teaching and learning activities. This research is motivated by the success parameters of an educator who is able to apply several attitudes that support and facilitate the delivery of material. This study aims to discuss professional ethics and the professional attitude of Islamic education educators towards the multi-competence of educators at Al Fathimiyah Kindergarten. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques in TK Al Fathimiyah. Observations were made to find out the conditions directly at Al Fathimiyah Kindergarten before conducting interviews. Then documentation is carried out throughout the research event. The conclusion of this study is that the key to success in carrying out teaching and learning activities in educational institutions is to apply ethics and professionalism to support the multi-competencies possessed by educational educators.]]>
