<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health services during the pandemic in the city of Bandung. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of this study conclude that health service regulations have been running quite effectively in reducing active COVID-19 cases, but further regulations are needed to reduce COVID-19 cases. The shortcomings found in this study are that the communication built by the Bandung City Health Office during the pandemic to the community has not run optimally. So that people do not obey the rules of health services. Therefore, the effectiveness of health services during the pandemic at the Bandung City Office needs to be improved again so that the services provided to the community can run optimally. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi di Kota Bandung. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peraturan pelayanan kesehatan sudah berjalan cukup efektif dalam menurunkan kasus aktif COVID-19 tetapi perlu adanya peraturan lanjutan agar kasus COVID-19 menurun. Adapun kekurangan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi yang dibangun oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung pada masa pandemi kepada masyarakat belum berjalan maksimal. Sehingga masyarakat tidak taat terhadap aturan pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi di Dinas Kota Bandung perlu dimaksimalkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.]]>
