ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) hasil pengembangan modul fisika berbasis scientific approach , 2) kelayakan modul fisika berbasis scientific approach berdasarkan validasi ahli oleh dosen dan guru fisika serta respon siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa tahapan, antara lain: (1) Analisis, (2) Desain, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi, dan (5) Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) hasil setiap tahapan pengembangan modul fisika berbasis scientific approach adalah modul fisika yang telah di validasi dan telah direvisi berdasarkan saran dari para ahli dan telah diuji cobakan kepada siswa sebagai pengguna di lapangan, 2) dari pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE didapat hasil antara lain mencakup penilaian ahli oleh dosen dan guru fisika 82.55% uji pengguna dengan persentase sebesar 81.82%. Dari hasil uji tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan modul fisika berbasis scientific approach layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Kata Kunci: modul fisika; scientific approach; kalor dan perpindahannya; bahan ajar ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) the result of the development of physics based scientific approach module, 2) the feasibility of a physics based scientific approach module based on validation by lectureship and physics teachers as well as student responses. This type of research is research and development with ADDIE model. The development model of ADDIE in which there are several stages, among others: (1) analysis, (2) Design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. Research result show that : (1) the result of each stage of development of a physics based scientific approach module is a validated and revised physics module based on advice from experts and has been tested for students as a user the field, (2) from the development of ADDIE method obtained results include expert judgement by lecturer ship and physics teachers 82.55% user test with a percentage of 81.82%. from the results can be concluded that the development of physics based module scientific approach worthy used as teaching materials.
