AbstractThis study aims to find out what factors are the causes of sanctions that have not been applied to The Legal Entity Cooperative of West Kalimantan Province that does not hold the Annual Member Meeting. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effectiveness of administrative sanctions against cooperatives of West Kalimantan provincial legal entities that do not carry out the annual member meeting. The data collection techniques used are in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The samples taken in this study were 30 of the 50 cooperatives of The Legal Entity of West Kalimantan Province of Pontianak Region who did not hold the Annual Member Meeting, 1 person from the Functional Position Group of the Supervisor of Cooperatives of Legal Entities of West Kalimantan Province and the Head of Supervision and Examination of the Office of Cooperatives and small and medium enterprises of West Kalimantan Province . The analysis method used for this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The hypothesis in this study is that the application of administrative sanctions to cooperatives of legal entities of West Kalimantan Province that do not carry out the Annual Member Meeting (AMM) is still not running well because the sanctions imposed on the cooperatives are not optimal. The results of the study proved that the hypothesis was proven because the sanctions given to cooperatives were not in accordance with the regulations contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 / PER / M.KUKM / IX / 2015 concerning the Holding of Cooperative Member MeetingsKeywords: Effectiveness, Administrative Sanctions, Cooperative Member Meeting  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab sanksi belum diterapkan pada Koperasi Badan Hukum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang tidak melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Efektivitas Sanksi Administrasi Terhadap Koperasi Badan Hukum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat Yang Tidak Melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuisioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah 30 dari 50 koperasi Badan Hukum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat Wilayah Pontianak yang tidak melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan, 1 orang dari Kelompok Jabatan Fungsional Pengawas Koperasi Badan Hukum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dan Kepala Bidang Pengawasan dan Pemeriksaan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode analisis yang digunakan dapat penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Bahwa Penerapan Sanksi Administrasi terhadap Koperasi Badan Hukum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang tidak melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Masih Belum Berjalan Dengan Baik Karena Tidak Maksimal Sanksi Yang Dikenakan Pada Koperasi Tersebut. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hipotesis tersebut terbukti karena sanksi yang diberikan kepada koperasi belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang terdapat pada Peraturan Menteri Koperasi Dan Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor 19/PER/M.KUKM/IX/2015 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Rapat Anggota Koperasi.Kata kunci : Efektivitas, Sanksi Administratif, Rapat Anggota Koperasi.
