Concrete has many classifications and characteristics, from low, medium to high-quality concrete. Along with the development of today's technology, many types of materials and mixtures are used. The added ingredients and mixtures include Superplasticizer, Fly Ash, Silica fume, and Bio Enzyme (Bioconc). In this study, using a mixture of K400 concrete work and the addition of Bio Enzyme (Bioconc) as a cement reduction was 500 ml / m³, and the variation of the cement reduction factor (R) was 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%. Test specimens were carried out at 7, 28, and 49 days with the parameters used were only compressive strength. From the results of the study showed the average value of concrete strength in 28 days for each variation was 5% (40,024 MPa), 10% (33,569 MPa), 20% (26,560 MPa), 30% (22,871 MPa). From the data of the average compressive strength of concrete in each variation obtained data that the value of concrete strength with an R-value of 11% is equal to the average compressive strength value of K400 (33.2 MPa). So it can be concluded that the addition of Bionconc as much as 500 ml / less can reduce cement by ± 11%. Beton memiliki banyak sekali klasifikasi dan karakteristik, dari beton mutu rendah, sedang sampai tinggi. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini banyak sekali jenis bahan dan campuran yang digunkan. Bahan tambah dan campuran tersebut diantaranya Superplasticizer, Fly Ash, Silicafume dan Bio Enzim (Bioconc). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan job mix beton K400 dan dilakukan penambahan cairan Bio Enzim (Bioconc) sebagai pereduksi semen sebanyak 500 ml/m³ dan variasi factor reduksi semen (R) 0%,5%,10%,20%,30%. Jumlah benda uji pada masing-masing variasi di buat 6 benda uji berbentuk kubus 15x15x15 cm. pengujian benda uji tersebut dilakukan pada umur 7, 28, dan 49 hari dengan parameter yang digunakan adalah kuat tekan saja. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kuat beton dalam 28 hari disetiap variasi adalah 5% (40.024 Mpa),10% (33.569 Mpa), 20% (26,560 Mpa), 30% (22.871 Mpa). Dari data rata-rata kuat tekan beton dalam setiap variasi diperoleh data bahwa nilai kuat beton dengan nilai R 11% sama dengan nilai rata-rata kuat tekan K400 (33,2 Mpa). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penambahan Bionconc sebanyak 500 ml/m³ dapat mereduksi semen sebanyak ±11%.
