AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana penilaian dari peserta PPG terkait pelaksanaan program PPG di UNESA yang meliputi beberapa aspek yakni materi perkuliahan, keterlibatan dosen dalam workshop dan peer teaching, prasarana dan sarana, serta manfaat PPG khususnya bagi pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik. Tempat penilitian ini di gedung PPG kampus lidah wetan Universitas Negeri Surabaya, dengan populasi peserta PPG SM-3T Prodi PPKn UNESA. Penilitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dikarenakan populasi kurang dari 100. Adapun pengumpulan data pada penilitian ini menggunakan teknik angket yang kemudian didukung dengan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode presentase dan dibantu dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan penilaian peserta terhadap pelaksanaan program PPG. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditinjau dari beberapa aspek seperti sumber daya dan manfaat program PPG. Pada komponen context dalam pelaksanaan program PPG peserta PPG memberikan penilaian terhadap materi perkuliahan PPG tergolong baik, dan pada komponen input keterlibatan dosen dalam workshop dan peer teaching tergolong sangat baik, penilaian peserta terhadap komponen process yakni prasarana dan sarana pada perkuliahan PPG tergolong baik, serta penilaian peserta terhadap komponen product yakni manfaat program PPG bagi pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik, peserta memberikan penilaian tergolong pada kategori baik. Secara keseluruhan penilalian peserta terhadap pelaksanaan program PPG UNESA tahun 2013 tergolong baik.Kata kunci : Penilaian peserta, Pelaksanaan program PPGAbstractThe realization of UNESA’s PPG SM-3T program in 2013 was the first class that required evaluation of This research aims to know and describe how to give scoring from the TPE participants concerned TPE program implementation in UNESA included some aspects namely, lecture subject, lecturer’s involvement in workshop and peer teaching, utility and infrastructure, and the use of TPE especially for pedagogy competition development. This research located in TPE Lidah Wetan State University of Surabaya campus building with the population of UNESA PPKn Department SM-3T TPE participants. This research is population research because the population is less than 100 people. Moreover, the data collection of this research uses questionnaire technique that is supported with interview. Data analysis technique that is used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis technique with presentation method. It also uses qualitative descriptive analysis to describe the participants’ appraisal toward the TPE program implementation. Based on the research result is seen from some aspects such as the profit and resource of TPE program. At context component in TPE program implementation, TPE participants give toward the lecture subject, TEP rated good and at input component, lecturer involvement in workshop and peer teaching rated very good, appraisal the participant toward process component namely utility and infrastructure in TPE lecture rated good, and participant appraisal toward product is the use of TPE program for pedagogic competency development, the participant gives appraisal rated on good category. Overall, the participant appraisal toward the implementation of UNESA TPE program 2013 rated good.Keywords: participant appraisal, TPE program implementation
