Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan stratregi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di SMP Negeri 1 Mojokerto, (2) menganalisis hambatan-hambatan guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di SMP Negeri 1 Mojokerto. Teori Behaviorisme B.F Skinner digunakan untuk menjawab masalah dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus (case study). Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Mojokerto yang beralamatkan di Jalan Gajah Mada No.143 Kecamatan Magersari Kelurahan Wates Kota Mojokerto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menetapkan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di SMP Negeri 1 Mojokerto yakni: (1) mengetahui akar permasalahan terjadinya bullying, (2) memberikan hukuman (punishment), (3) membuat kelompok belajar, (4) memberikan himbauan kepada siswa yang melakukan perilaku bullying dan siswa lainnya, (5) memberikan beberapa layanan dari BK kepada siswa korban bullying dan pelaku bullying, (6) memberikan penghargaan (rewarding), (7) memberikan program “stop bullying”, (8) melakukan pengawasan (monitoring. Hambatan dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying yakni: (1) kesulitan dalam mengontrol perilaku siswa ada saat berada diluar sekolah, (2) tidak terbukanya siswa korban bullying untuk melapor ke guru, (3) kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap perilaku bullying. Kata Kunci: Strategi guru, perilaku bullying Abstract The purpose of this research is: (1) to describe for teacher’s strategies in overcoming behavior of bullying in SMP Negeri 1 Mojokerto, (2) analyzing the constraints of teachers in dealing with bullying behavior in SMP Negeri 1 Mojokerto. Behaviorism BF Skinner's theory is used to answer the problem in this study. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study method. This research in SMP Negeri 1 Mojokerto, Gajah Mada Street 143, District Magersari, Kelurahan Wates Kota Mojokerto. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. In setting the informant used purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using data collection techniques, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and the validity of the data. The results showed that the strategy of teachers in dealing with bullying behavior in SMP Negeri 1 Mojokerto namely: (1) determine the root causes of bullying, (2) provides for punishment, (3) create a study group, (4) gives an appeal to students who did the bullying behavior and the other students, (5) provide some services from BK to the student victims of bullying and bullies, (6) reward, (7) provide the program "stop bullying", (8) supervision. Barriers to cope with bullying behavior: (1) the difficulty in controlling the behavior of the current students are outside the school, (2) do not open the student victims of bullying to report to the teacher, (3) lack of understanding of teachers to bullying behavior.
