Pengembangan Software Dered Misequilibri untuk Mendeteksi dan Mereduksi Miskonsepsi dengan Strategi Conceptual Change Text pada Materi Kesetimbangan Kimia

Abstract

Abstrak Software Dered Misequilibri (Detection and Reduction of Misconception on Chemical Equilibrium) merupakan software yang dikembangkan untuk mendeteksi serta mereduksi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi kesetimbangan kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan Software dered misequilibri dalam mendeteksi dan mereduksi miskonsepsi ditinjau dari pergeseran konsep siswa dari miskonsepsi menjadi tahu konsep. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian pra eksperimen dengan model One group Pretest – Posttest Design. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 15 siswa kelas XII IPA di SMAN 12 Surabaya. Three tier test yang digunakan untuk mengetahui konsep siswa diberikan sebagai deteksi konsep awal dan deteksi konsep akhir, sedangkan miskonsepsi yang dimiliki oleh siswa direduksi dengan strategi Conceptual change text. Software dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramana PHP, HTML dan CSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 81,10% siswa mengalami pergeseran konsep dari miskonsepsi menjadi tahu konsep sehingga dapat ditunjukkan bahwa software dered misequilibri sangat efektif digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan mereduksi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi kesetimbangan kimia. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the software developed in detecting and reducing misconceptions in terms of shifting concepts of students from misconceptions to knowing concepts. This study used a pre-experimental research method with the pretest one group pretest – posttest design. The research subjects were 15 students 12th grade science at SMAN 12 Surabaya. The three tier test used to determine the students concept is given as detection of initial concepts and detection of final concepts. While the students misconception are reduced by Conceptual Change Text strategies. Software developed using the programming languages ​​PHP, HTML and CSS. The results obtained 81.10% of students experiencing a shift in concepts from misconception to know the concept so it can be shown that the dered misequilibri software is very effective to be used to detect and reduce student misconceptions in chemical equilibrium material.
