PERAN FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL DALAM KELANGSUNGAN USAHA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM DI BANTUL

This study aims to assess the factors that can affect the sustainability of cooperatives in the district of Bantul. External and internal factors are factors faced by every business in an effort to achieve cooperative business sustainability in the long term. This study identified external factors in the variables of cooperative health and government regulations, while internal factors were the variables of worker behavior and the application of information and communication technology. To assess these factors, this study uses a sample of cooperative workers, both managers, and employees, in the financial sector. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method with the results of 50 respondents obtained as a sample. The data obtained from the respondents will be processed using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the assessment of cooperation, government regulation, employee behavior, and utilization of information and communication technology have a significant and positive effect on cooperative sustainability. The results of this study indicate that external and internal factors affect the sustainability of cooperative businesses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi keberlanjutan koperasi di Kabupaten Bantul. Faktor eksternal dan internal merupakan faktor yang dihadapi setiap usaha dalam upaya mencapai keberlanjutan usaha koperasi dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor eksternal dalam variabel kesehatan koperasi dan regulasi pemerintah, sedangkan faktor internal adalah variabel perilaku pekerja dan penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Untuk menilai faktor-faktor tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pekerja koperasi, baik pengelola dan karyawan, di bidang keuangan. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan hasil sebanyak 50 responden diperoleh sebagai sampel. Data dari responden akan diolah menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan koperasi, regulasi pemerintah, perilaku pekerja, dan pemanfaatan TIK berpengaruh positif terhadap keberlanjutan koperasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan koperasi dan regulasi pemerintah, sebagai faktor eksternal, serta perilaku pekerja dan pemanfaatan TIK, sebagai faktor internal, dapat mendorong keberlanjutan usaha koperasi.
