Abstract

The Prafi PLTM Dam is located in Prafi Village, Warmare District, Monokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The condition of the PTLM Prafi Dam, which is classified as very high hazard or classified as high hazard, requires rehabilitation measures included in the Dam Operation Improvement and Safety Project (DOISP) program with the aim of improving the safety and function of large dams. Based on the scheduling results, the implementation of the permanent construction of the Prafi PLTM with a duration of 13.5 months obtained a budget plan of Rp. 49,420,000,000.00 (forty nine billion four hundred twenty million rupiah). After accelerating the project schedule using additional working hours and heavy equipment, a project schedule with a duration of 12 months was obtained with a planned budget of Rp. 47,280,000,000.00 (Forty Seven Billion Two Hundred Eighty Million Rupiah). While the acceleration of the project schedule with the alternative of adding heavy equipment with a duration of 10 months with a planned budget of Rp. 49,100,000,000.00 (Forty Nine Billion One Hundred Million Rupiah).Bendung PLTM Prafi yang terletak di Desa Prafi, Kecamatan Warmare, Kabupaten Monokwari, Propinsi Papua Barat. Kondisi Bendung PTLM Prafi yang masuk dalam klasifikasi very high hazard atau masuk kelas bahaya tinggi sehingga memerlukan tindakan rehabilitasi yang masuk dalam program Dam Operation Improvement and Safety Project (DOISP) dengan tujuan meningkatkan keamanan dan fungsi bendungan besar. Berdasarkan hasil penjadwalan, pelaksanaan konstruksi permanen PLTM Prafi dengan durasi 13,5 bulan didapatkan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 49.420.000.000,00 (Empat Puluh Sembilan Milyar Empat Ratus Dua Puluh Juta ibu Rupiah). Setelah dilakukan percepatan jadwal proyek menggunakan alternatif penambahan jam kerja dan alat berat, didapatkan jadwal proyek dengan durasi 12 bulan dengan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 47.280.000.000,00 (Empat Puluh Tujuh  Milyar Dua Ratus Delapan Puluh  Juta Rupiah).Sedangkan Percepatan jadwal proyek dengan alternatif penambahan alat berat dengan durasi 10 bulan dengan rencana anggaran biaya Rp. 49.100.000.000,00 (Empat Puluh Sembilan Milyar Seratus Juta Rupiah).
