<![CDATA[Abstrak Proyek Fiber to the home merupakan sebuah proyek pebangunan dan instalasi jaringan telekomunikasi untuk layanan IPTV, Internet, dan telepon. Proyek ini dilakukan diIndonesia khususnya di kota Bandung, jawa barat. Perusahaan PT. ZXY mendapatkan permintaan instalasi kabel optik di daerah Hegarmanah. Dalam studi manajemen proyek ini akan dibahas tentang perencanaan pembangunan proyek FTTH STO Hegarmanah yang ditinjau dari perancangan scope, jadwal, dan biaya proyek. Rancangan scope beupa work breakdown structure kemudian analisis penjadwalan dilakukan dengan menggunakan critical path, gantt chart dan rancangan penggunaan biaya yang berkaitan dengan jadwal kegiatan proyek menggunakan kurva s. Paket pekerjaan, volume pekerjaan proyek dan anggaran biaya menjadi acuan analisis pada penelitian ini. Analisis scope, penjadwalan dan biaya proyek menghasilkan output berupa WBS, gantt chart, critical path, dan kurva s. Proyek FTTH STO Hegarmanah berjalan selama 2 bulan. Studi manajemen proyek ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembangunan proyek FTTH STO Hegarmanah bisa dijalankan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah dirancang. This project is done in Indonesia especially in Bandung city, west java. Company PT. ZXY gets an optical cable installation request in Hegarmanah area. In this project management study will discuss about FTTH STO Hegarmanah project development planning in terms of scope design, schedule, and project cost. The scope design shall be the work breakdown structure and then the scheduling analysis is performed using the critical path, gantt chart and the design of the use of costs associated with the project activity schedule using the curve s. The package of work, the volume of project work and the budget cost become the reference analysis in this study. Scope analysis, scheduling and project costs produce outputs of WBS, gantt charts, critical paths, and s curves. The FTTH STO Hegarmanah project runs for 2 months. This project management study shows that the implementation of FTTH STO Hegarmanah project development can be run in accordance with the planning that has been designed.
