FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN POSYANDU OLEH LANSIA DI KOTA KENDARI PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA

ABSTRAK Sensus penduduk Indonesia tahun 2020 mencatat jumlah penduduk lanjut usia (lansia) di Indonesia mencapai 26,82 juta jiwa atau sekitar 9,92% dari total penduduk. Upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan lansia adalah melalui pembentukan Pos Pelayanan Kesehatan Terpadu (Posyandu). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Posyandu lansia di Kota Kendari Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia berusia 60 tahun yang terdaftar sebagai anggota pada Posyandu lansia pada 2 lokasi penelitian, yakni wilayah kerja Puskesmas Nambo dan Puuwatu. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi lansia (AOR = 2,40; CI = 1,14-5,03; ρ = 0,018), dukungan keluarga (AOR = 2,73; CI = 1,23-6,02; ρ = 0,028), dan peran kader Posyandu (OR = : 3,62; CI = 1,59-8,21; ρ = 0,011) dengan pemanfaatan Posyandu lansia. Sedangkan budaya pencarian pengobatan tidak menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan penggunaan Posyandu lansia (AOR = 1,68; CI = 0,74-3,82; ρ = 0,094). Edukasi tentang pentingnya pemantauan kesehatan secara berkala yang ditujukan kepada lansia dan keluarganya sangat diperlukan. Kata kunci: Pelayanan kesehatan terpadu, lansia, persepsi, dukungan keluarga, kader ABSTRACT The Indonesian’s population census in 2020 noted that the number of elderly in Indonesia reached 26.82 millions or about 9.92% of the populations. Government’s efforts to improve the quality of elderly’ health is through Integrated Health Service Post. The purpose of the research was to identify factors related to the use of Integrated Health Service for elderly in the area of Nambo and Puuwatu Health Center of Kendari in 2022. Type of the research used was cross sectional. Populations in this research were all of elderly aged ≥ 60 years who were registered as members in Integrated Health Service for elderly from two areas, Nambo and Puuwatu health center. The total samples in this research was 173 people, that were taken by using accidental sampling. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the elderly perception (COR = 2.40; CI = 1.14-5.03; ρ = 0.018), family supporting (AOR = 2.73; CI = 1.23-6.02; ρ = 0.028), and the role of Integrated Health Service cadres (AOR = : 3.62; CI = 1.59-8.21; ρ = 0.011) with the use of Integrated Health Service. Otherwise the culture of treatment searching showed no relation with the use of Integrated Health Service (AOR = 1.68; CI = 0.74-3.82; ρ = 0.094). Education about the important of regular health monitoring aimed to the elderly and their families was necessary. Keywords: Integrated health service, elderly, perception, family supporting, cadres
