<![CDATA[In clinical health services, patient data management is an important aspect that will improve the quality of health services if data management is carried out properly. The Husada Karya clinical data management application helps solve user problems in managing patient data. The UI/UX design process for this application uses the design thinking method. The design thinking method has five stages namely, empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. This method focuses on solving problems based on user experience and is effective for solving these data management problems. Tests in this study used usability testing with two assessment methods, namely the system usability scale (SUS) and the user experience questionnaire (UEQ). The results of the SUS test obtained an average score of 83.5 with the acceptance criteria included in the acceptable category, for adjective ratings included in the Good and grade scale groups with a value of B. The results of the UEQ test obtained a value of 1.933 in the aspect of attractiveness, in the aspect of clarity with a value of 2.150, on the aspect of efficiency with a value of 2.250, on the aspect of accuracy with a value of 2.150, on the aspect of stimulation with a value of 1.950, and on the aspect of novelty with a valueof 0.800.]]>
