<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the supervisory role of the principal in carrying out the main tasks of the teacher in planning, implementing and evaluating the learning process. This study uses an Action Research Approach. The results of this study indicate that the results of supervision carried out by the principal can improve the implementation of the teacher's main tasks. This also proves that the supervision of the principal and individual meetings with each teacher to reflect on the learning process have a very important role in improving the implementation of the teacher's main duties. The implication of this research is that if the supervisory role of the school principal is always carried out, then the learning process in the classroom will provide good feedback between teachers and students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peranan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Action Research. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil supervisi yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru. Hal ini juga membuktikan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dan pertemuan individual dengan masing-masing guru untuk merefleksi proses pembelajaran punya peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini jika peran supervisi kepala sekolah selalu dilaksanakan, maka proses pembelajaran di kelas akan memberi feedback yang baik antara guru dan siswa.]]>
