This study aims to provide an overview of the principal's supervision of the implementation of the teacher's main duties through a series of treatments in two cycles. School supervision carried out by the school principal will have a significant impact on the implementation of the learning process by teachers in schools. This research involved 21 teachers at State Vocational School 5 Sungai Full for the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the study prove that the implementation of the supervision of the school principal can improve the implementation of the teacher's main tasks at SMK Negeri 5 Sungai Full for the 2021/2022 academic year. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tindakan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru melalui serangkaian perlakuan dalam dua siklus. Supervisi sekolah yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran oleh guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 21 orang guru SMK Negeri 5 Sungai Penuh tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru di SMK Negeri 5 Sungai Penuh tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.
