The purpose of this research is to find out whether through group development guidance for teachers of SD Negeri 62/VIII Teluk Pandan Rambahan, Tebo Regency Jambi Province semester 2 of the 2020/2021 academic year can improve the ability of continuous professional development of teachers in producing scientific papers (KTI) . This study used a school action research design consisting of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 10 teachers. Cycle I consisted of two meetings and cycle II consisted of three meetings covering activities: planning, action, observation and reflection. In cycle I, the classification of KTI preparation values was obtained, namely the highest average value was 2.3, the lowest average value was 1.3 with an average value of 1.8. However, the average value is not in the good category. In Cycle II, the classification value for the preparation of KTI was obtained, namely the highest value was 3.0, the lowest value was 2.7 and the average value was 2.9. All proposals prepared by research subjects were categorized as very good because the average value was above 2. Based on the actions taken carried out for two cycles it can be concluded that group development coaching can improve the ability of teachers to write scientific paper reports (KTI) in developing their professionalism. ABSTRAKAdapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah melalui pembimbingan bina kelompok bagi guru SD Negeri 62/VIII Teluk Pandan Rambahan, Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengembangan profesi berkelanjutan guru dalam menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah (KTI). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan sekolah yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang guru. Siklus I terdiri dari dua pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari tiga pertemuan yang meliputi kegiatan: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pada siklus I diperoleh klasifikasi nilai penyusunan KTI yaitu rata-rata nilai tertinggi 2,3, nilai rata-rata terendah 1,3 dengan rata-rata nilai 1,8. Namun demikian rata-rata nilainya belum kategori baik. Pada Siklus II diperoleh nilai klasifikasi nilai penyusunan KTI yaitu nilai tertinggi 3,0, nilai terendah 2,7 dan nilai rata-rata 2,9, semua proposal yang disusun subjek penelitian dikatagorikan sangat baik karena nilai rata-ratanya diatas 2. Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan selama dua siklus dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembimbingan bina kelompok dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis laporan karya tulis ilmiah (KTI) dalam mengembangkan keprofesiannya.
