AbstrakDalam dunia globalisasi ini, persaingan di dunia industri sangatlah ketat sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk bisa bersaing. Elemen manusia merupakan salah satu elemen yang paling penting. beban kerja fisiologis dan psikologis manusia harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. agar hasil target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan dapat tercapai.. Konsep beban kerja mental mengarah pada tuntutan atensi yang dialami selama menampilkan tugas-tugas kognitif. PT Setia Guna Selaras merupakan perusahaan manufaktur otomotif yang memproduksi berbagai sparepart kendaraan bermotor, dengan jumlah permintaan yang banyak untuk produk stay 1 6bh mencapai 50000 unit perbulan . Produksi setinggi ini dapat membebani para pekerja, khususnya divisi las dikarenakan para pekerja bekerja lebih keras untuk memenuhi target harian, khususnya beban kerja mental. penelitian terhadap beban kerja mental di divisi las produk stay 1 model b6h dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis national aeronautics and space administration – task load index (NASA-TLX) untuk mengetahui beban kerja mental dari operator sehingga dapat diberikan saran perbaikannya.Kata kunci: beban kerja mental; NASA-TLX; own peformance; skorAbstractIn this world of globalization, competition in the industrial world is very tight so that companies are required to be able to compete. The human element is one of the most important elements. Human physiological and psychological workload must be considered by the company. so that the target results that have been set by the company can be achieved. The concept of mental workload refers to the attention demands experienced during performing cognitive tasks. PT Setia Guna Selaras is an automotive manufacturing company that produces various spare parts for motor vehicles, with a large number of requests for product stay 1 6 pcs reaching 50000 units per month. This high production can burden the workers, especially the welding division because the workers work harder to meet the daily targets, especially the mental workload. Research on mental workload in the welding division of stay 1 model b6h can be done. This study uses the National Aeronautics and Space Administration - Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) analysis method to determine the mental workload of the operator so that suggestions for improvement can be given.Keywords: mental workload; NASA-TLX; own peformance; score
