Elemen manusia merupakan salah satu elemen yang paling penting. beban kerja fisiologis dan psikologis manusia harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. agar hasil target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan dapat tercapai.. Konsep beban kerja mental mengarah pada tuntutan atensi yang dialami selama menampilkan tugas-tugas kognitif. PT Setia Guna Selaras merupakan perusahaan manufaktur otomotif yang memproduksi berbagai sparepart kendaraan bermotor, dengan jumlah permintaan yang banyak untuk produk stay 1 6bh mencapai 50000 unit perbulan . Produksi setinggi ini dapat membebani para pekerja, khususnya divisi las dikarenakan para pekerja bekerja lebih keras untuk memenuhi target harian, khususnya beban kerja mental. penelitian terhadap beban kerja mental di divisi las produk stay 1 model b6h dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis national aeronautics and space administration – task load index (NASA-TLX) untuk mengetahui beban kerja mental dari operator sehingga dapat diberikan saran perbaikannya.Kata kunci: beban kerja mental; NASA-TLX; own peformance; skorAbstractIn this world of globalization, competition in the industrial world is very tight so that companies are required to be able to compete. This high production can burden the workers, especially the welding division because the workers work harder to meet the daily targets, especially the mental workload. Research on mental workload in the welding division of stay 1 model b6h can be done.
