Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ladder drill terhadap hasil tendangan lurus depan Santriwati di ekstrakurikuler pencak silat Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan Ilir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 23 Santriwati. Instrumen penelitian adalah seluruh sampel melakukan tes tendangan lurus depan selama 10 detik yang harus dilakukan secepat-cepatnya dan perolehan sebanyak-banyaknya mengenai sasaran yang dipegang teman sebaya. Dari hasil pengelolaan data dan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis, diketahui bahwa latihan ladder drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil tendangan lurus depan pencak silat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan rumus uji-t dengan kriteria t-hitung t-tabel (10.388 dan 9.445 1,717) dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) dan jumlah sampel 23 orang (dk = 22). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh latihan ladder drill yang diduga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil tendangan lurus depan pencak silat, ternyata memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil tendangan lurus depan pada Santriwati di ekstrakurikuler pencak silat Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan IlirThe effect of ladder drill on female’s front straight kick in pencak silatAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of ladder drill training on the results of female straight front kick at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan Ilir pencak silat extracurricular. The method used in this study is a quasy experimental method with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling using total sampling technique with a sample size of 23 people. The research instrument was that all samples tested a straight front kick for 10 seconds which had to be done as quickly as possible and obtained as much as possible about targets held by peers. From the results of data processing and data analysis with normality test and hypothesis test, that ladder drill training has an effect on increasing the results of the pencak silat straight front kick.This can be seen from the results of data analysis through the calculation of the t-test formula with the criteria t-count t- table (10.388 and 9.445 ˃ 1.717) with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and the number of samples is 23 people (df = 22). Based on the results of research on the effect of ladder drill training which is thought to have an effect on increasing the results of the pencak silat straight front kicks, it turns out to have a significant effect on the results of Santriwati’s straight front kicks at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan Ilir pencak silat extracurricular
