Analisis Pelayanan Konseling di Instansi Pemerintah, Dunia Industri, dan Pendidikan Non Formal

Abstract

Pelayanan konseling merupakan upaya sistematis, objektif, logis, dan berkelanjutan serta terprogram yang dilakukan konselor guna memfasilitasi perkembangan konseli dalam mencapai kemandirian di kehidupan sehari-hari. Pelayanan konseling diselenggarakan melalui berbagai komponen program dan bidang layanan. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis penyelenggaraan pelayanan konseling oleh konselor pada setting instansi pemerintah, dunia industri, dan pendidikan non formal. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket terkait penyelenggaraan pelayanan konseling. Populasi penelitian merupakan konselor profesional alumni program Pendidikan Profesi Konselor (PPK) Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Semarang (FIP UNNES) berjumlah 216 orang. Sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Uji statistik deksriptif digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan konseling yang diselenggarakan oleh konselor profesional berkualifikasi S1 BK dan telah menempuh program PPK pada setting instansi pemerintah sebesar 63,7%, pada dunia industri sebesar 12,1%, dan pendidikan non formal sebesar 24,2%. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan kajian dan analisis terhadap evaluasi kurikulum prodi PPK yang merujuk pada penyelenggaraan pelayanan konseling oleh konselor profesional di setting instansi pemerintah, dunia industri, dan pendidikan non formal. Counseling services are systematic, objective, logical, and sustainable and programmed efforts by counselors to facilitate the development of counselees in achieving independence in everyday life. Counseling services are provided through various program components and service areas. This study aims to analyze the implementation of counseling services by counselors in the setting of government agencies, the industrial world, and non-formal education. The research was conducted through a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The instrument used is a questionnaire related to the implementation of counseling services. The research population is professional counselors alumni of the Counselor Professional Education (PPK) Department of Guidance and Counseling (BK) Faculty of Education, State University of Semarang (FIP UNNES) totaling 216 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique so that the entire population is used as a research sample. Descriptive statistical test was used as a method of data analysis. The results showed that the counseling services provided by professional counselors with a Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counseling and who had taken the PPK program in government agency settings were 63.7%, in the industrial world by 12.1%, and in non-formal education by 24.2%. The results of the study are expected to be used as material for study and analysis of the evaluation of the PPK study program curriculum which refers to the implementation of counseling services by professional counselors in government agencies, industry, and non-formal education settings
