Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SD di Masa Pandemi

Abstract

Perubahan digital yang tiba-tiba dalam dunia pendidikan akibat dari pandemic Covid-19 menyebabkan chaos dan goncangan pada struktur pendidikan. Pembelajaran daring menuntut guru untuk kompeten secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SD Muhammadiyah Mrisi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SD Muhammadiyah Mrisi yang terdiri atas 7 orang guru laki-laki dan 8 orang guru perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: guru telah berusaha meningkatkan profesionalisme walaupun dalam kondisi pandemik Covid-19. Hal ini tercermin dari bagaimana upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Akan tetapi, guru mengalami kendala krusial dalam peningkatan profesionalisme karena perubahan secara tiba-tiba. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka pendidik sebaiknya dapat melakukan inovasi-inovasi dalam pembelajaran salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan multimedia interaktif dalam pembelajaran Instansi pendidikan, sebaiknya dapat menyediakan fasilitas dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran.Digital changes due to the sudden Covid-19 pandemic in the world of education have caused chaos and shocks to the educational structure. Online learning requires teachers to be digitally competent. This study aims to analyze the increase in teacher professionalism at SD Muhammadiyah Mrisi during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were SD Muhammadiyah Mrisi teachers consisting of 7 male teachers and 8 female teachers. This research data collection method uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Research data analysis was carried out using interactive analysis methods. The results of the study show that: teachers have tried to increase professionalism even in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is reflected in the teacher's efforts to improve their competency in carrying out online learning. However, teachers experience crucial obstacles in increasing professionalism due to sudden changes. Based on the research results, educators should be able to make innovations in learning, one of which is by utilizing interactive multimedia in learning. Educational institutions should be able to provide facilities to support learning activities.
