This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Agriculture and Plantations of Central Java Province. The population in this study were all employees of the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Central Java Province, totaling 96 people. This study used a quantitative method and the data collection method used a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis method is used to explain the influence between variables. The data that has been collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item, and reliability test using Cronbach alpha. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
