Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the principals supervision and leaderships on the performance of primary school teachers in the District Education Office Unit Bulu Rembang the motivation to work as a mediation variable. In this study population of 108 persons as respondents . With the criteria of primary school teachers, both civilian and non- civil servants in the area of ​​the District Education Office UPT Bulu Rembang. Measurements with a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers . Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Hypothesis test used in this study is regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Supervision does not affect the work motivation , (ii) Supervision of teachers has no effect on teacher performance, (iii) the principals leadership and significant positive effect on the motivation of teachers, (iv) the principals leadership influence on teacher performance, (v) teacher motivation and a significant positive effect on teacher performance, (vi) Motivation does not mediate the effect of supervision on teacher performance, (vii) Motivation does not mediate the effect of school leadership on teacher performance. Keywords : Teacher Supervision, Principal Leadership, Work Motivation and Performance Teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Agriculture and Plantations of Central Java Province. The population in this study were all employees of the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Central Java Province, totaling 96 people. This study used a quantitative method and the data collection method used a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis method is used to explain the influence between variables. The data that has been collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item, and reliability test using Cronbach alpha. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at the Semarang City Environmental Service Office. The population in this study were all employees at the Semarang City Environmental Service Office. in this saturated sampling/census sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample if the population members are used as the sample sample in this study as many as 100 people. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. research results can be concluded that: (1) the influence of the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.336 with a value of 0.003 <0.05. then the work environment hypothesis is accepted. (2) the effect of work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of -0.012 with a valuesignificant 0.910 > 0.05. then the work stress hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Yayasan Al-Mustaghfirin Semarang sebanyak 75 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi responden, deskripsi variabel, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, serta motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 karyawan PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Semarang. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden karyawan tetap yang memiliki masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden dengan menggunakan teori Roscoe. Data yang dianalisis merupakan data primer dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil olah data yang diperoleh penelitian ini meliputi deskripsi responden, deskripsi variabel, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R²) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing in moderating the influence of competence and work-life balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)_ in BKD Central Java Province. The research population was 145 people, all of whom were BKD employees of Central Java Province. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, based on the criteria of employees with a minimum education of Diploma III and work experience of at least (3) three years, a total of 106 employees. The SPSS version 22 program was used for data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The research results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on OCB, work-life balance has no effect on OCB, knowledge sharing is not a variable that moderates the effect of competence on OCB but acts as a moderating variable on the effect of work-life balance on OCB. Knowledge sharing strengthens the influence of work-life balance on OCB

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work-life balance on employee performance, mediated by organizational commitment. The population in this study was 412 employees of the Batang Regency Public Works and Housing Agency (DPUPR), with a sample size of 120 drawn using the Roscoe formula (1975). Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling with the criterion of employee tenure exceeding one year. Data were processed using SPSS version 22 software. Data analysis techniques included respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F-tests, R2-tests, t-tests, and mediation tests using path analysis. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, work-life balance has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, work-life balance has no effect on employee performance, organizational commitment mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the effect of work-life balance on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze efforts to improve employee performance through self-efficacy and psychological capital mediated by organizational commitment. The population in this study was 310 employees of the Batang Regency Regional Secretariat, with a sample size of 110 drawn using the Roscoe formula (1975). Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling with the criterion of employee tenure of more than one year. Data were processed using SPSS version 22 software. Data analysis techniques included respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F-tests, R2-tests, t-tests, and mediation tests using path analysis. The results indicate that self-efficacy has a positive effect on organizational commitment, psychological capital has a positive effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance, psychological capital has a negative effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment mediates the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the effect of psychological capital on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, individual characteristics and motivation on employee performance. The population in this study was 170 employees of CV Adi Farm Mlonggo Jepara. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents being permanent employees who had a minimum work period of 1 year. The number of samples in this study was 80 respondents using Roscoe's theory. The data analyzed is primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data processing results obtained in this research include respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests (R²) and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that leadership style has no effect on employee performance, individual characteristics have a negative and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research population was all CV employees. Bangkit Jaya Semarang numbered 90 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to respondents in the form of a Google form. The results of data processing are in the form of respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity test results, reliability test results, F test results, coefficient of determination test results (R2) and hypothesis test results. The regression results in this study show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.
