Seorang manajer kantor harus dapat berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan semua pegawai kantor baik horisontal, vertikal, atau diagonal. Komunikasi yang efektif akan menciptakan iklim kerja kantor yang sehat dan terbuka. Identifikasi Masalah : 1). Bagaimanakah etika komunikasi di Kantor Kelurahan Argasunya Kota Cirebon”?, 2). Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi kendala etika komunikasi di Kantor Kelurahan Argasunya Kota Cirebon”, 3). Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penunjang etika komunikasi di Kantor Kelurahan Argasunya Kota Cirebon”?. Kegiatan sosialisasi dapat dikatakan berhasil dilakukan mereka ada perubahan positif baik dari aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun konatif pada saat mereka berkomunikasi dengan memperhatikan etika pula. Indikator keberhasilan adalah mereka menjadi mengetahui dan memahami bahwa etika berkomunikasi dapat menciptakan keharmonisan dan efektivitas kerja.
