Abstract: This study analyzes product quality in the joint business venture group desa bumi jaya kecamatan ciruas kabupaten serang.This0type1of0research1is quantitative.0The1data0used1are0primary1data0originating from a sample of pottery craftsmen in Bumi Jaya Village. Data was collected using random sampling by distributing it to 55 respondents of pottery craftsmen. The data analysis method uses the SPSS application and performs classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, partial-t test, coefficient of determination test and MRA test.Based on the results of the analysis using the SPSS tool through the t-statistical hypothesis test, it is known that the quality of raw materials has a positive and significant effect on product quality, the production process has a positive and significant effect on product quality at the pottery KUB, Bumi Jaya Village, Ciruas District, Serang Regency. And the results of the MRA test show that the training variable does not moderate the relationship0between1the0quality1of0raw1materials0and0the1production0process0on1product0quality1at the pottery KUB, Bumi Jaya Village, Ciruas District, Serang Regency. Data0yang1digunakan0data primer0yang1berasal0dari1sampel0pengrajin1gerabah Desa Bumi Jaya. Pengumpulan0data1dilakukan menggunakan0random1sampling dengan menyebarkan0kepada 55 responden0pengrajin1gerabah. Metode analisis data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS dan melakukan uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial-t, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji MRA. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan alat SPSS melalui uji hipotesis statistik-t diketahui bahwa kualitas bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk, proses produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk pada KUB gerabah Desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang. Serta hasil dari uji MRA menunjukan bahwa variabel Pelatihan tidak memoderasi hubungan kualitas0bahan1baku0dan proses0produksi1terhdap0kualitas1produk0pada KUB gerabah Desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang.
