<![CDATA[Abstract This research was motivated by the discovery of the results of the investigation that there was a pneumonia cluster source and WHO announced the name of the virus was Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). So this study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of Work Stress, Burnout, and Work Motivation on Nurse Performance during the COVID-19 pandemic on nurses at OPQ hospital. The research design method used is descriptive quantitative with a total sample of 170 nurse respondents. The sampling method used non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 170 nurse respondents. Quantitative data analysis that was tested and processed using SPSS 21 is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the work stress variable did not have a negative effect on the nurse's performance; burnout variable has a negative effect on the performance of nurses; and the work motivation variable has a positive influence on the performance of nurses. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan ditemukannya hasil investigasi terdapat sumber cluster pneumonia dan WHO mengumumkan nama virus tersebut ialah Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Stres Kerja, Kelelahan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat selama masa pandemi covid-19 pada perawat PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk. Metode desain penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 responden perawat. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 170 responden perawat. Analisis data kuantitatif yang diuji dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 21 ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat; variabel kelelahan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat; dan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat.]]>
