Abstract

This research aimed to identify the influence of work environment, pay satisfaction, job stress on employee performance study in stewardess and a steward low-cost carrier in Indonesia. Data collection using questionnaire by election sample as many as 130 respondents stewardess and a steward who is already working 2 years. This research has a variable exogenous; work environment, pay satisfaction, and job stress, while the endogenous variable is employee performance. This research using analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) withs the methods a descriptive analysis quantitative and the questionnaire as the main data. 26 indicators were used in the study questions by using a scale Likert 1-6 with 21 AMOS tools. It can be concluded that the results are; 1) work environment proven have a positive impact on employee performance. 2) pay satisfaction proven have a positive impact on employee performance. 3) job stress proven have a negative influence on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji minat beli produk ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2020, dengan variabel kesadaran lingkungan, pengetahuan lingkungan, sikap lingkungan, dan niat beli terhadap produk hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan data empiris yang dikumpulkan melalui survei online sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di Jabodetabek. Da-ta empiris tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling untuk menguji sejumlah hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Kesadaran Ling-kungan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Niat Membeli Produk Ramah Lingkungan, 2) Kesadaran Lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sikap Lingkungan, 3) Pengetahuan Lingkungan terbuk-ti berpengaruh positif signifikan Pengaruh terhadap Sikap Lingkungan, 4) ) Pengetahuan Lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Terhadap Produk Hijau, 5) Sikap Lingkungan terbukti ber-pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Terhadap Produk Hijau.

Abstract

Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperlihatkan hubungan dari beberapa variabel yang dapat menentukan pengaruh pada minat dalam berinvestasi saham online pada Bursa efek Indonesia di ling-kungan akademik. Khususnya mahasiswa yang dapat melakukan transaksi jual beli saham online di ling-kungan kampus yang difasilitasi pihak kampus yang telah bekerja sama dengan institusi scuritas. Model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan model regresi berganda dengan beberapa variabel yaitu variabel motivasi, return, resiko, modal minimal dan pelatihan yang di analisis untuk melihat ket-erkaitannya dengan minat menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu ma-hasiswa-mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 2 jurusan yang akan dianalisis minat dalam berinvestasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kualitas Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada starbucks coffee Reserve Plaza Senayan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden yang pernah mengunjungi starbucks reserve Plaza Senayan. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah disebar. Data yang telah diperoleh diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda didukung oleh aplikasi IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. 2) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. 3) Kualitas Promosi berpengaruh positif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover in-tentions melalui employee engagement karyawan milenial di Grup XYZ. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap XYZ Group millennial dengan 180 responden menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang didukung oleh aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 22 dan IBM SPSS AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjuk-kan bahwa secara langsung Financial Compensation berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Employee En-gagement, Career Development berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Financial Compensation berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Turnover Intentions, Career Development ber-pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Turnover Intentions, dan Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentions. Adapun secara tidak langsung Financial Compensation ber-pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentions melalui Employee Engagement, dan Career De-velopment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentions melalui Employee Engagement.

Abstract

Harga saham dapat berubah setiap hari dan terkadang perubahan ini terjadi dari waktu ke waktu pada hari yang sama karena pengaruh permintaan dan penawaran saham. Permintaan dan penawaran untuk saham biasa dapat meningkat atau menurun karena pengaruh berbagai faktor atau determinan. Untuk mempred-iksi perkembangan harga saham dengan analisis teknikal digunakan 3 prinsip dasar yaitu: (1) Harga saham mencerminkan informasi yang relevan; (2) Informasi yang ditunjukkan oleh perubahan harga di waktu yang lalu, dan (3) Perubahan harga saham akan mempunyai pola tertentu bersifat repetitive. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan perusahaan terhadap harga saham pada periode 2015 – 2018. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah Data sekunder times series. Analisis data dengan menggunkana Regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan tingkat inflasi atau nilai tukar rupi-ah dan tingkat suku bunga SBI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of bank health ratios on the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks using the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratio, Operating Expenses Operating Income ratio (OEOI), against Islamic Commercial Bank’s profitability represented by Return on Asset ratio (ROA). The population used in this study is the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks period 2015 until 2017. Types of quantitative data with library data collection techniques, and documentation. Technical analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 program. The results showed that health variables (CAR, LDR, and OEOI) simultaneously affect the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks. Partially CAR has no significant effect on ROA, LDR has no significant effect on ROA. The effect of OEOI on ROA is partial.

Abstract

Abstract This research was motivated by the discovery of the results of the investigation that there was a pneumonia cluster source and WHO announced the name of the virus was Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). So this study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of Work Stress, Burnout, and Work Motivation on Nurse Performance during the COVID-19 pandemic on nurses at OPQ hospital. The research design method used is descriptive quantitative with a total sample of 170 nurse respondents. The sampling method used non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 170 nurse respondents. Quantitative data analysis that was tested and processed using SPSS 21 is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the work stress variable did not have a negative effect on the nurse's performance; burnout variable has a negative effect on the performance of nurses; and the work motivation variable has a positive influence on the performance of nurses. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan ditemukannya hasil investigasi terdapat sumber cluster pneumonia dan WHO mengumumkan nama virus tersebut ialah Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Stres Kerja, Kelelahan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat selama masa pandemi covid-19 pada perawat PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk. Metode desain penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 responden perawat. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 170 responden perawat. Analisis data kuantitatif yang diuji dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 21 ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat; variabel kelelahan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat; dan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, career development and compensation, on job satisfaction and its impact on the employee performance. The independent variables in this study are motivation, career development and compensation. While the related variables in this study are job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. X at Jl. Bangka Raya, Jakarta Selatan. The sample in this study used 45 employees of PT. X and the method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). the result of this study showed that: 1) motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, 2) motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, 3) career development has a positive effect on job satisfaction, 4) career development has a positive effect on employee performance, 5) compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, 6) compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, 7) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, 8) Motivation mediates the influence of Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, 9) career development mediates the influence of employee performance through job satisfaction, and 10) compensation mediates the influence of employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Environmental problems have generated a trend to preserve the environment and have brought changes in consumer attitudes and behavior by buying environmentally friendly products. This study seeks to test interest in purchasing environmentally friendly products. This research was conducted in 2020, with the variables of environmental consciousness, environmental knowledge, environmental attitude, and purchase intention towards green products. This research uses a descriptive research design approach with empirical data collected through an online survey the sample in this study is the Z generation in Jabodetabek. The empirical data is then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach to test a number of proposed hypotheses. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Environmental Consciousness has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention towards Green Products, 2) Environmental Consciousness does not have a significant effect on Environmental Attitude, 3) Environmental Knowledge is proven to have a significant positive effect on Environmental Attitude, 4) ) Environmental Knowledge has no significant effect on Purchase Intention towards Green Product, 5) Environmental Attitude is proven to have a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention towards Green Product.
