<![CDATA[Analysis of the Stakeholders Roles in Poverty Reduction (Study on Poverty Reduction in Lamongan District). The problem of poverty in Lamongan Regency arises because the potential and power have not been optimally utilized, beside that opportunities for collaboration and integration among stakeholders have also not been properly utilized. The strategy of the Regional Government is still focused on reducing poverty which is implemented in programs and activities. The government is complacent about the importance of Stakeholders management, so the strategy does not work well. Therefore, it is important to have a stakeholder analysis to obtain information related to stakeholder mapping and the process of involvement in poverty reduction in Lamongan District. The first step is to determine the interests and influence of various groups in relation to policy. Next identify the role by using the interests Matrix of the main policy actors. The final step can be with mapping, then a model of stakeholder involvement in Poverty Reduction in Lamongan Regency can be compiled. The results of the mapping will show which stakeholders are key and which play a lesser role in poverty alleviation.
