<![CDATA[The focus of this research is the Effectiveness of Supervision of Orderly Raising and Lowering Passengers on the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road. The problem in this study is the violation of government regulations regarding the activities of raising and lowering passengers, the weak supervision of violations of raising and lowering passengers and the lack of socialization regarding the prohibition of raising and lowering passengers on the Tangerang-Merak toll road. The purpose of the research is to find out how the effectiveness of supervision of the order of raising and lowering passengers on the Tangerang-Merak toll road. The theory used in this study uses the theory of effective supervision characteristics from Siswanto (2011: 149). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, direct interviews, and documentation. Data validity testing using triangulation and member check. The results showed that the supervision of the order of loading and unloading passengers on the Tangerang-Merak toll road has not been effective due to the lack of data collection of people who commit violations, the lack of supervisory resources, the existence of illegal fees and the lack of strict sanctions given. The suggestions are the construction of shadow terminals, improving supervisory coordination between related parties, increasing the discipline of supervisors, and adding supervisory members.]]>
